So glad I found you...I was devastated when I got the letter. I can't tell you how relieved my mom and I are! I am scheduled to take a bone density and in July, along with blood in August. Should I wait until I come in to see you and have you order the tests? My mom is going to wait to book her appt until she can see you, too..

Just so thrilled I found the best Dr, in the world!

Hello, My mother & I both had/have new patient appointments in July at the CC office with Dr. Milena. No one at that office has notified us of any cancellation or change yet!

I just had a visit with a Dr from your old office with Lee Health. I signed a release for medical records to go anywhere if they are requested, so if I got hurt on vacation anywhere and records are asked for they will be released, Would this cover my records going to your office if asked for, or will yiu be obtaining access to Epic and then you will have access to our records electronically ??
