Robert and I were patients of yours when you were in CC...we would like to make you our primary care doctor again. To do that we need to know if you are accepting the insurance we have. We currently have AARP/Medicare Complete/United Healthcare Plan 2 (HMO). Could you please advise. If you do take this we will change to you immediately.
