Hi
I just had a visit with a Dr from your old office with Lee Health. I signed a release for medical records to go anywhere if they are requested, so if I got hurt on vacation anywhere and records are asked for they will be released, Would this cover my records going to your office if asked for, or will yiu be obtaining access to Epic and then you will have access to our records electronically ??

Hi , even when we have access to Epic we still will need signed release of information in order to get the whole record. Stay healthy,take care of yourself !
